DRIPPING SPRINGS, TEXAS
Q&A
Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?
We are tracking RSVPs online only! Please go to our RSVP page to RSVP.
What date should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP no later than October 20, 2023 to make planning and preparing easier on us!
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our wedding will be hybrid! We are (Lord willing and weather permitting) going to have the ceremony outdoors, and will host the reception afterwards in the Sacred Oaks Hall.
What is the weather like in the area?
Fall is one of Texas’ nicest seasons. Weather is reminiscent of spring, and much more temperate than the summer heat or the winter cold. While it’s a bit far out to forecast, based on prior year data the temperature predictions are a high of 68 and a low of 59. Take that with (a couple) grains of salt.
What is the dress code for your wedding?
Formal Attire. For our fall wedding, our ceremony will be held outdoors under a canopy of oak trees. We suggest that men wear a lightweight suit in a dark color and women wear a cocktail dress or gown.

A fun note real quick: for our heel loving ladies, I was shopping for wedding heels and got super excited to discover Pashion footwear. They are high heels, but pain free. By transforming from heels to flats in seconds, they make it easy to ensure you can effortlessly switch between walking and mingling.
I was excited that they are specifically designed for all-day wear, and I will be wearing them to prevent your typical high heel discomfort! I noticed Pashions can be a bit pricey, but I reached out to them and got a 25% off code for anyone wanting the same heels to flats flexibility. Use WGSARAKEMPSTON at checkout, and you'll be good to go.
Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?
We are flexible, and want you to wear whatever makes you feel good. If you’re looking for inspiration, here are our wedding colors:
